The Central Bar has a Winmau Diamond Plus dartboard. We keep some spare darts behind the bar for customers who would like to enjoy a casual game of darts.
 
Our darts team represent The Central Bar in the Peebles Darts League where they play on Thursday nights against other bars and clubs in the area. If you are interested in joining our darts team, please contact Roddy by sending us an email or Facebook message. 
 
Recently, The Central Bar commissioned an excellent wall mural of four well known Scottish darts players.















 
Pictured on the bottom left is Jocky Wilson,
who was a professional darts player from
Kirkcaldy. Jocky won the World Professional
Darts Championship in 1982 & 1989.
 


Pictured in the middle is Gary Anderson
from Musselburgh. Gary currently plays in
the Professional Darts Corporation and is a
former British Darts organisation (BDO) and
World Darts Federation (WDF) number 1.
His nickname is The Flying Scotsman. 


Finally, on the bottom right is Peter Wright
(AKA Snakebite) from Livingston. Snakebite
plays in Professional Darts Corporation
(PDC) tournaments and is the reigning PDC
World Champion after winning the 2020
PDC World Darts Championship.
